How do you raise your vibrations?


At every talk and workshop, I ask my audiences how they raise their vibrations. I want to know how they maintain positive emotions and feelings to attract other high vibration people and circumcumstances.

It's fun to list the obvious--exercise, eat right, get enough sleep and take time to play--and the more original ideas like paying for the person behind you in the fast-food drive through.

One way I keep my vibrations high is to spend time in nature and, specifically, to take pictures of flowers in my garden. It gently forces me to slow down, be mindful and truly appreciate the beauty in my own backyard. I took this photo last week.
